ROAST POTATOES

 

Suitable for: Gluten free

Prep: 15 mins, Cooks In: 1 hour

Serves: 4-6 people

Ingredients:

2.5 kg bag potatoes

100 g butter

Salt and pepper to season

 

Method:

  1. Peel and chop potatoes into halves or big pieces

  2. Carefully put potatoes into salted boiling water to par-boil for about 10mins or until fluffy on the edges

  3. Drain and place evenly into an oven tray with melted butter 

  4. Place into preheated oven at 200°C/400°F/gas 6 for about one hour

  5. Turn every 15 to 20 minutes until crispy and golden brown

  6. Once cooked season and serve
