ROAST POTATOES

Prep: 15 mins, Cooks In: 1 hour
Serves: 4-6 people

Ingredients:
2.5 kg bag potatoes
100 g butter
Salt and pepper to season
Method:

Peel and chop potatoes into halves or big pieces

Carefully put potatoes into salted boiling water to par-boil for about 10mins or until fluffy on the edges

Drain and place evenly into an oven tray with melted butter
-
Place into preheated oven at 200°C/400°F/gas 6 for about one hour
-
Turn every 15 to 20 minutes until crispy and golden brown

Once cooked season and serve
